I considered a digital parking lot, but the math scripts/equations/symbols can be difficult to type. Plus, I do sooooo much online already that I thought it would be good to have a ‘hands on’ parking lot set up in the room.

I have actually added questions at the end of formatives where students could pose a question they still have about the lesson or assignment. So far, it’s only gathered one question worth discussing. However, perhaps students will participate more the more we discuss them.

it’s awesome that you are teaching your students how to ask each other questions. I wish I had focused on this more when I was in the classroom!

Yes! I tried that last year with my class and they loved it! Great way for engagement!
