Help please I can't see the enhancing function

Please, I need your help, I know that the free accounts online have a limited 20 pages per month for the use of the “enhance” function, but mine have dissappeared whereas all my collegues still can see it in their accounts and I haven`t exceeded the number of pages for September, neither for August and I have been using Formative since the last month.

Have anyone else experienced this sort of problem? And if so, how did you solve it?

Silvia, I am not having that issue. Have you sent a message directly to Formative? From your Dashboard, click the ? icon in the top right corner and scroll down the list. Click the blue button. Send a link to the specific formative assignment and a screenshot showing what you see. This will help the IT department understand and fix your problem. @Jessica_Blackburn might also be able to help you. :slight_smile:
