Student Unable to Login

I have a student unable to login. He has successfully logged in since September, has checked his login credentials for accuracy, and has tried multiple browsers and even another computer. He has confirmed that he’s trying to log in to formative.com, not goformative.com.

What are his options?

We had luck in a similar situation when the student cleared cookies and reset cache. They were then able to login to formative.
