Unable to Contact Formative Support--Have a Time-Sensitive Need

In the past I have been about to communicate with Formative Support by hitting the “Contact Formative Support” button, but when I have done that in the past few weeks, nothing has happened.

I have tried it on 3 different browsers.

Does someone know another way I can contact them? I have a student who can’t login.
