Using Formative for ESL/ELL students

I currently have students that are ESL/ELL learners and I want to find ways to use Formative as a way to help guide them in their reading. I am an 8th grade teacher who is teaching virtually and want my students to not feel overwhelmed, but still be able to interact with the text.

Any ideas? I currently have a basic account with Formative.

I found that the extension “Translate Selected Text” works well to translate things.
I had a Vietnamese student last year that knew no English. He was able to use this extension to translate all directions and questions to Vietnamese.
